Fresh things added

I've added a new forums link on the forums section, also I'm restarting a new server.
I've added new smilies to the chat box, re done the chat box and added several new things to the ranks hope you guys enjoy all these new things/things coming your way.
I've added new ranks such as server mod, co-owner, donator/extreme, graphics designer.

I hope you guys look forward to this as much as I have working so hard to keep this up to great standards. Please stay active and informed this will come out great in the end.
